Returns and complaints

1. SHIPPING

For your convenience, delivery is carried out using the DPD courier company.

The delivery cost is not included in the product price, but will be added at the final stage of placing the order. Shipping costs within Poland (weight up to 5 kg): - prepayment to account PLN 12 - cash on delivery PLN 22. Shipping costs in the EU: - prepayment to account - from PLN 40

After we send your order, a link will be sent to your e-mail box, thanks to which you will be able to track your shipment.

2. RETURN

You can return your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the shipment.

To complete the return procedure efficiently, please send a message to the email address littlenomad.pl@gmail.com. Enter the return in the subject line of the email. The way you send the products back is up to you, at your own expense - it may be by courier or Poczta Polska.

Please keep your parcel tracking number until the process is completed. Be sure to attach the purchase document and return form to the package. . Make your return to the following address:

Once we confirm that you have received the products intact, the money for the returned references will be transferred to your bank account within 14 days.

3. COMPLAINTS

  • Please send all complaints to the following address: littlenomad.pl@gmail.com, including a description and photos of the product.
  • Please attach a scan of the proof of purchase of the complained item or the order number if the product was purchased through our online store.
  • If the complaint cannot be resolved based on the photo, the product should be sent at your own expense to the address indicated in the complaint form for a detailed examination.
